Naidu Darapaneni - CEO and Founder
Naidu Darapaneni, CEO and Founder of the company, has around 11 yrs of experience in the IT Industry in various capacities. He is B.Tech (ECE) from JNT University, India. Started career as Software Engineer and worked in various roles in India and USA. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is his core expertise. After working in various roles, he started Versant Technologies Inc in the USA in 2000 and thereafter expanded it with an Off Shore Development Center in Hyderabad, India, in the year 2004. Naidu's hands-on approach and single-minded commitment to the growth of Versant Technologies that has established his success. His passion is to work in unique segments. He is passionate about building a world class company for providing career opportunities for many young professionals. He strongly believes Versant Technologies got the right platform for the people who are passionate about their career and they can grow to any level from here. He is implementing various spiritual leadership programs to make associates to evolve as world class professionals.

He has an extensive knowledge and experience of Managing Software Development, IT Operations and Talent Search which include a unique Global In-Serve Solution Services to deliver the complete power of global sourcing to technology and business process solutions companies by outsourcing core competencies to create a good market perception.
